Who can join?
Anyone: individuals, students, technicians, engineers, factories, hospitals and communities.
Are free courses really free?
Yes. You still register so we can issue an Enrollment ID and a no-payment confirmation receipt.
How do certificates work?
Attendance confirms participation. Successful Completion requires attendance and assessment thresholds.
What is the difference between attendance and completion certificates?
Attendance is issued at ≥80% attendance. Successful Completion also requires the quiz pass mark (typically 60%). They are not called Professional Certification unless a program is accredited.
Can I join from outside Bangladesh?
Yes. Enter your country on the enrollment form. Digital certificates can be verified online.
How does a Learning Path work?
You start at course 01. Each later course stays locked until the previous course is completed.
Can I skip a prerequisite course?
No. The system will not unlock the next course until the prerequisite is complete.
How will I receive my invoice?
Paid programs generate an official invoice. Free programs generate an Enrollment Confirmation / Registration Receipt — no payment required.
How do I buy an e-book?
Send a request from the bookstore catalog. Staff confirm the invoice and digital download or print copy. Courier checkout is not in this phase.
Can an organization enroll multiple staff?
Yes. Use the corporate training form. Staff will help with group enrollment and invoicing.
Can I receive my certificate digitally?
Yes. Download it from your learner dashboard. Employers verify it with the Certificate ID.
How can an employer verify my certificate?
Open the Verify Certificate page and enter the Certificate ID.
